Ms. Bair has more than 35 years of success as a family law attorney. She founded Emily S. Bair & Associates in 2001 to offer more personalized attention to each client, following a distinguished career with some of the largest law firms in Atlanta, including Hurt, Richardson, Garner, Todd & Cadenhead, and Kritzer & Levick, PC.

Sandy is recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in 2010 and 2011, and has been named a Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. She is rated by AVVO as superb, earning 10 out of 10 points for experience, industry recognition and professional conduct, and is endorsed by her peers.

Ms. Bair is an accomplished mediator and arbitrator. She is the only Georgia lawyer certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in Family Arbitration. Her qualifications include:

Sandy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts, in 1968 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Lamar School of Law at Emory University in 1976.
